How we work

A boutique practice. Up to 10 active projects at a time

  • 01

Raising capitalAttracting investments in existing businesses and strong growth projects

  • 02

Business saleSale of ready-made companies to strategists, private buyers and investors

  • 03

Limited capacityFocus on the quality of the deal, not on the flow of orders

Not packaging — movement toward a deal structure

A team with an operator background — Twist, Borodach, True Gamers and portfolio projects. Raising capital for our own businesses shaped a deep understanding of the process from the founder's side. This is institutional practice built on that experience.

The format of the work

Two products. One institutional process

Terms are identical across both engagements. Retainer and success fee are aligned, and every monthly payment is credited against the success fee when a deal is completed.

Requests

Why founders work with us

  • 01

You need a mature deal process, not another vendor

  • 02

You need a calm, confidential track with no noise

  • 03

You need packaging that an investor or buyer can read at a glance

  • 04

You need access to distribution, negotiations and a working pipeline

  • 05

You need your team focused on the business while we run the external track

  • 06

You already have foundations — but no systematic deal layer on top

Who we work with

How we select projects

Selectivity is part of the product. We don't take on every mandate to fill capacity. Before any engagement, we review documents, mutual fit and the deal's underlying potential.

  • 01We don't engage with chaotic, opaque or toxic situations
  • 02We don't work on verbal deals without supporting documents
  • 03We don't take on projects without a clear price or valuation logic
  • 04We don't engage with crypto or scam-adjacent projects
  • 05We don't represent a founder's first business without an established entrepreneurial track record
We start with fit, documents, and deal potential

Our goal is not simply to start working — it is to step into engagements where the process can actually reach a result. That's why initial qualification matters to both sides.

Structure of the work

7 steps from first inquiry to active engagement

  1. Inquiry / quiz

Client submits a request via the quiz or callback form

  2. Discovery call

We discuss the mandate and assess mutual fit

  3. NDA + base documents

On confirmed fit, we send an NDA and request a base document set for review and due diligence

  4. Analysis

We review documents, figures, market and positioning, and follow up with focused questions

  5. Strategy + proposal

We present a tailored deal strategy and a commercial proposal

  6. Contract & invoice

We sign the engagement letter and the client settles the first monthly retainer

  7. Active engagement

We launch packaging, distribution, pipeline and negotiations

Next step

  2. 02/Sign an NDA
  3. 03/Review internal information
  4. 04/Agree on the format

FAQ

Common questions

Do you guarantee a deal will close?

No, and we cannot. OKKO Capital provides consulting services: analysis, packaging, marketing, communications management, and negotiations support. The decision to transact is made by the owner and the counterparty; legal execution is handled by the client's lawyers.

What are the typical timelines?

A full cycle is usually 2–6 months, for an investment preparation and for a business sale alike. These are benchmarks from past projects, not guaranteed timelines.

What does the monthly retainer cover?

Audit and due diligence prep, deal strategy, packaging (deck, teaser, business model, market analysis), media plan and base advertising budget, materials distribution, pipeline and lead qualification, negotiations support, weekly and monthly reporting. Extended or scaled advertising campaigns are charged separately on top of the retainer.

Who handles the legal side of the deal?

Legal structuring and legal due diligence remain the client's responsibility and that of their lawyers. OKKO Capital organises the process and can recommend relevant specialists, but does not take on final legal review.

Are you a broker or an investment adviser?

No. OKKO Capital operates as a consulting company. We do not raise funds in our own name, hold or manage client money, act as a party to any transaction, or give investment advice. Licensed functions are performed by the client's own specialist advisers and lawyers.

Who do you not work with?

We do not work with crypto assets or projects without a confirmed legal basis, cases without documentation or a pricing/capitalisation logic, a founder's first business without a proven entrepreneurial track record, or where there is no transparent structure and reporting.

What happens after I submit an enquiry?

We will be in touch within one business day. We will send an OKKO Capital overview as a first message. After that: an intro call, discussion of your project, and a decision on next steps.

OKKO Capital's consulting is a separate, paid service. It is not part of the marketplace, and you don't need it to list a business.
