How we keep the catalog useful

One format for every listing
Financials, ownership structure and entry terms are shown the same way on every listing, as provided by the owner. OKKO does not verify them — check them in your own due diligence.

Owners control what is shown
Owners decide what the listing shows: the brand and exact address can be left out, and documents marked private are never shown on the listing. Anything else is shared directly with a buyer, only when the owner chooses.

Buyers reach owners through a short request form, so owners see who is asking and why before they reply.
