OKKO Capital operates an information marketplace that connects buyers, sellers, and investors in the UAE business and investment market. OKKO Capital is not a broker, financial adviser, intermediary, or party to any transaction. No funds pass through the platform. OKKO Capital does not verify, endorse, or guarantee any listing, financial figure, or claim made by users on the platform.
2. Listing Data and Disclaimers
All listing content — including financials, valuations, projections, and descriptions — is provided solely by the listing owner. OKKO Capital does not independently verify this information. Users rely on listing content at their own risk and are advised to conduct their own due diligence before entering into any transaction.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account or listing. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to post false or misleading content, or to contact other users outside the platform for purposes unrelated to a legitimate transaction inquiry.
4. Investor Self-Attestation
Access to investment listings requires confirming your investor status. This confirmation is a self-attestation only — it is not a KYC check, accreditation verification, or suitability assessment. OKKO Capital makes no representation that investment listings are appropriate for any particular investor.
5. Subscription and Billing
Listing publication requires an active paid subscription at 1,000 AED per month. Subscriptions are billed monthly and managed through Stripe. 6. Account Termination
OKKO Capital may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, post false or misleading content, or engage in conduct harmful to other users or the platform. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
